Mr. Bayar Budragchaa is a Managing Director of the Company, has law degrees (LLB) from St. Petersburg University of Ministry of Interior, Russia in 1985 and Master of Laws (LLM) from University of Auckland, New Zealand in 1997. In addition to his 10 years of law enforcement experience, Mr. Bayar has worked for 9 years as an independent counselor/consultant for several foreign and international organizations, business entities and NGOs.

Mrs. Taivan Natsagdorj is a Senior Associate of the Company and skilled lawyer with 20 years of experience. Mrs. Taivan served in number of key legal posts including Senior Prosecutor at the Prosecutor General's Office of Mongolia.

The Company currently employs young associate lawyers and paralegals, and in addition has a roster of part-time partners - private lawyers, consultants, researchers and clerical staff who have extensive experiences in their respective areas of expertise.
